At Doorstep Repair Services, we strive to provide the highest quality repair services for your home appliances. If you are not satisfied with our service, please read our refund and returns policy below.

Refund and Returns Period

Our refund and returns policy applies within 30 days from the date of service completion. If 30 days have passed since your service, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or service redo.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Service Rework and Exchanges

If the appliance issue persists due to our service, we will provide a service rework or replacement part at no additional cost, subject to eligibility. Please contact us at support@doorsteprepairs.in to arrange.

Gifts and Coupons

If you used a gift coupon or promotional offer, refunds will be applied as per the coupon’s terms and conditions.
